These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at https://thesarasotaplumber.com (the "Site") and your engagement with the plumbing services provided by Pro-Plumbing Works, LLC d/b/a The Drain Pros ("Pro-Plumbing Works," "we," "us," or "our"), a licensed plumbing contractor in the State of Florida (License FL CFC1428540). By accessing our Site, submitting a service request, scheduling an appointment, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

1. Services

Pro-Plumbing Works provides residential and commercial plumbing services in Sarasota and Manatee Counties, Florida, including but not limited to drain cleaning, hydro jetting, water heater repair and installation, leak detection, slab leak repair, copper repiping, sewer line inspection and repair, faucet repair and installation, and whole-house water filtration.

All services are subject to a separate service agreement, work order, or estimate provided at the time of scheduling or on-site assessment. These Terms supplement, and do not replace, any written service agreement between you and Pro-Plumbing Works.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or property at our sole discretion, including in cases where access to the property is unsafe, the scope of work is outside our licensed capabilities, or payment terms cannot be agreed upon.

2. Estimates and Pricing

We offer free estimates on plumbing work. Estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of assessment and are subject to change if additional issues are discovered during the course of work. We use flat-rate pricing on most services; the price quoted before work begins is the price you pay for the agreed scope of work, provided no unforeseen conditions are encountered.

Any additional work beyond the original scope will be communicated to you and requires your written or verbal authorization before proceeding. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Financing options may be available through third-party providers; terms are subject to the financing provider's agreement.

3. Workmanship Guarantee

Pro-Plumbing Works backs all labor performed by our technicians with a 5-Year Workmanship Guarantee. If a defect in workmanship is identified within five (5) years of the service date, we will return to correct the issue at no additional labor charge, subject to the following conditions:

• The defect is directly attributable to the workmanship of Pro-Plumbing Works and not to pre-existing conditions, subsequent modifications by others, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
• The customer provides reasonable access to the property for inspection and repair.
• Parts and materials are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, if applicable, and are not included in the workmanship guarantee unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. SMS / Text Message Consent

Text messages we may send include appointment confirmations and reminders, technician dispatch notifications, responses to your inquiries, promotional offers, and follow-up communications. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.

5. Advertising and Remarketing Disclosure

This practice is known as remarketing or retargeting.
